Inviting volunteer self-nominations for Solid CG co-chair empty seat

Hello everyone,

Thanking Virginia for her service, and in adherence to our charter (
https://www.w3.org/community/solid/charter/), Hadrian and I would like to
invite each of you to consider volunteering as a Solid CG co-chair, for a 2
year cycle of service as defined by our charter. Since this chairing year
is already ending in a few weeks from now, there will be no interim
chair. For more information about CG chairs, see
https://www.w3.org/community/solid/charter/#chairs.

For an individual to run for election, they must self-nominate and make a
statement regarding their background and why they are running, on this
mailing list. Please do so at any time between today and 5 December (two
weeks from now). During the CG call of Wednesday 27 November we will make
some time for candidates to make a statement and answer questions from the
community. Don't hesitate to ask any questions if you have them, here or on
Matrix or Discourse, in a public channel or in a direct message as you see
fit.
