Re: Inviting volunteer self-nominations for Solid CG co-chair empty seat

Despite what we said in this email thread, we discussed this in today's
meeting and agreed with the people present (including the current co-chairs
Hadrian and me, and the newly elected one elf Pavlik) that we would prefer
staggered rotation of co-chairs, so elf Pavlik would now start a two-year
cycle, not a one-year one.

In order to make this decision we invite the opinion of CG members, and
propose a charter change to this effect:
https://github.com/w3c-cg/solid/pull/21

If any current participant has a principled objection against this, please
see these instructions
<https://github.com/w3c-cg/solid/blob/main/charter/2023-09-01.md#amendments-to-this-charter>.
If not, we'll merge it in two weeks from now, and then inaugurate elf
Pavlik for a two year cycle.

Cheers,
Michiel de Jong
