Power comes with responsibility

On us.

we are the CG transforming into the WG.
my conscience makes me tell you some things about servers, work, openness,
transparency, the www and challenges of our organization.
I have mental issues.
we have a dozen grassroots servers and some commercial.
timbl is either our captain or our police.

I don't think I am neutral enough to chair a group, this has only partly
to do with the language but with a) personal challenges and everyday life
(9to5) and b) technical knowledge/abilities.
I follow the chat regularly and I maintain 3 servers. but neutrality is
mostly an illusion. I don't wanna fall into the trap speaking about
Belgium, Boston, Ruben, Michiel, bullying, acls or security issues.

but concentrate on democracy, freedom, the art of consensus and our value,
which is more than the pure technical site of Solid, the www or any USPs
or MVPs.
let me just maintain what I can, keep the things I am responsible for
up-to-date and actual and be an attentive follower.

I am tonight not able to say more or to further elaborate. we have an
upcoming version 7 of CSS ahead. we have specs, that we need to boil down
to the core. we have work to be done, we have to keep friendly and
welcoming and we have to help each other and catch each others mistakes. I
don't think I wanna step into the W3C and I don't think I can lead
meetings, @csarven has done a phantastic job for years and years.

let's keep positive and jump into each others voids in meetings, in the
chat an in the mission of bringing Solid to the people (in our analog
lives).
let me keep following silently. that's what I can do best.

Yours sincerely, @ewingson (Matthias Evering)
