FYI: possible solid WG timeline Sep 2023

Just wanted to share some potentially good news with the group.

There is the possibility of getting a Solid WG under way around September
2023, hopefully completing around 2025, but maybe after that

Nothing is final, and there's still some ways to go, but the issue can be
tracked here.

of work go in which group, as things progress
