Fwd: W3C TPAC 2019 - Will your Community Group meet in Fukuoka?

Hi W3C Solid Community Group, 

Wanted to gauge your feelings about the suggestion for a  face-to-face meeting (below). 

In particular, who would be able to attend? 

For those who are not able to attend but would like to, perhaps you could let us know what the blockers are and what your preferences would be.
