WG Decision: Adopt the SocialCG drafts for ActivityPub, ActivityStreams core, and Activity Vocabulary

In early April we sent out a CFC to WG regarding a tentative straw poll
resolution in the WG meeting to adopt the SocialCG drafts for ActivityPub,
ActivityStreams core, and Activity Vocabulary:

Since there were no objections raised, the CfC passes.

Expect a forthcoming email with instructions on how to participate in
Working Group meetings to address issues and merge changes to the WG Drafts.
