CFC: Adopt SocialCG drafts for ActivityPub, ActivityStreams core, and Activity Vocabulary

At our kickoff WG meeting we tentatively resolved via straw poll to adopt
the SocialCG drafts for ActivityPub, ActivityStreams core, and Activity
Vocabulary:

The intent of this proposal is not to approve the content of the drafts,
but to adopt them as WG Drafts, effectively handing them off from the CG to
WG and giving us the ability to turn these into normative documents at a
future date.

This call for consensus brings that resolution to the broader WG
membership. This CFC will be open for 14 days from sending of this email,
until approximately early morning April 16 GMT. Please voice any concerns
you have to the motion here via email.
