Unable to make much of next meeting

I have a schedule conflict with the meeting on Tuesday.  My wife and I
will be closing on our house that day, so I can only make the first 10
minutes of the call or so.

I wanted to ask if we can get my proposal to publish JF2 done at the
beginning before doing too much administrative stuff.
