Micropub status

Hi all, here's the GitHub issue where I'm tracking the status of the syntax
to use for Micropub updates/deletes. I'd appreciate any feedback people
have on this.

There's a couple other issues that I opened based on my implementation
experience getting myfreeweb's Micropub client (which currently supports
edits) to work with my own server. Feedback is welcome on those as well.
