Melvin, I don't know if you actually read any of the discussion around the post-type-discovery proposal, but the -1 votes were not actually downvoting the algorithm's existence, they were -1s because they had clarifying questions. Since this was brought up within minutes of the end of the call, I'm not surprised to see the -1s. Anyway, there is now another week to review the document and we will discuss it on next week's call. I encourage you to join the call if you have an opinion on this. ---- Aaron Parecki aaronparecki.com @aaronpk <http://twitter.com/aaronpk> On Tue, Oct 6, 2015 at 6:56 PM, Melvin Carvalho <melvincarvalho@gmail.com> wrote: > > > On 6 October 2015 at 21:22, Amy G <amy@rhiaro.co.uk> wrote: > >> Hi all, minutes from today's call: >> https://www.w3.org/wiki/Socialwg/2015-10-06-minutes >> >> Main points of interest include... >> - New draft of AS2.0 is published, see >> http://www.w3.org/TR/activitystreams-core/ and >> http://www.w3.org/TR/activitystreams-vocabulary/ >> - We'll be making time to discuss Tantek's post-type-discovery proposal >> (see http://www.w3.org/Social/track/actions/35) next week, so be sure to >> read up on that and join the call if you have input. >> > > Thanks for sharing this, Amy. > > -1 on tantek's inferencing algorithm (in support for elf and evan) > > The W3C has already innovated in this area in terms of inferencing.
