Re: today's meeting cancelled

Honestly I think the wiki page should be created with a stub for the
agenda immediately after the previous meeting (if not long before
that) so people have a place to go to look at
proposed agenda items or to add new ones.
Looking at wiki history they are generally thrown together the day
before the meeting.
The FIFO format at least leaves us a place to find those items.

Last meeting the previous weeks items weren't added until during the
meeting.  We obviously haven't adjusted to it yet.
