Meetings and IRC

Hi,

I've tried to follow the WG more closely lately, and would like to 
possibly weigh in on the items re AS2 on the agenda on tomorrows 
meeting, via IRC. I couldn't find on the wiki whether it is allowed to 
just join via IRC and still be able to vote?

I cannot use webex due to having no access to a Windows computer.

Ps. In the future when a meeting tool is chosen, would be nice if a 
standards organization would not require using proprietary non-standard 
systems ;)
