I just created wiki page for Social Web Glossary

I've noticed ISSUE-5[1] closed yesterday without resolution. And
symptoms of what I see as confusion of how we see and talk about things
working on The Web, reading thread about User Stories for Social API.

I started with 4 terms which I find very important to stay clear about +
also reserved place for our jolly term 'Federation'

1 App
2 Domestic Server
3 Foreign Server
4 Federation
5 Web Service
