Hi Evan,
The point of sending the agenda before hand isn't about sending the link - 
everyone ought to know by now where to find it -, the point is to signal 
that the agenda is ready and people can look at it and prepare on that 
basis. So, unless Tantec has made sure the agenda is in decent shape and 
communicated that to you I'm not sure there is much point to sending the 
link to the list in my opinion.
