Tracker

Hi all,
A W3C Tracker has now been set up for the WG to use. With this tool, we 
can manage issues and actions related to the WG:
http://www.w3.org/Social/track/

Tracker comes with an irc robot  (trackbot) that can help us manage issues 
and action during our calls. See http://www.w3.org/2005/06/tracker/ for 
some documentation.
