SXWG XG Monthly
1. Convene [2]SWXG WG meeting of 2009-05-06T14:00-1600
+ [3]Zakim teleconference bridge: [4]+1.617.761.6200
code:SWXG ([5]zakim calendar)
o supplementary IRC chat: [6]#grddl-wg on irc.w3.org
port 6665
+ chair: DKA
+ scribe: HarryH (backup: DanBri)
+ roll call, comments on the agenda.
+ regrets:
+ Next Meeting? Same time?
2. Introductions
+ Brief introductions in order to associate voices with
names. Might want to review [7]introductions sent out over
the list-serv.
3. Reviewing Charter and Deliverables
+ Discuss [8]charter and the deliverables.
+ Initial editor volunteering for each deliverable.
4. General Scheduling
+ Should we do bi-weekly invited guests and then writing and
approval of report sections on in-between weeks? Task
forces?
5. Invited Guests
+ What guests should we invite? Perhaps look at [9]list of
related groups in charter. Who knows or is
"friends-of-a-friend" with whom? In what order should we go
through things (thematically, perhaps - context,
portability, security and privacy...)
6. Intro to the W3C for Participants
+ Introduction to the RF patent policy and the editing of
documents procedure (see this [10]e-mail).
+ Try out access to [11]Social Web XG Wiki
+ Does everyone who want Invited Expert status have it yet?
+ Make sure people who need it (chairs, editors) have correct
access to documents via CVS.

Colophon/Todo
This document contains RDF data following the [12]Zakim agenda
schema; [13]weekly-agenda.rdf is an RDF variant of this
document. It has the same data as [14]the RDF data you get via
the GRDDL service. An XSLT transformation, [15]agendaData,
relates the HTML dialect used here (which uses some
[16]hCalendar and [17]hCard markup) to RDF/XML.
see also:
+ [18]Makefile, including rules for rebuilding the RDF
version (the rules for rebuilding the fiddly bits of item 1
each week aren't used any more)
+ [19]MidwestWeeklyAgenda for pattern-style advice
