More deliverables possible to be spun out, but don't want to overpromise W3C. 2) Weekly telecons initially, possibly to be scaled down or mixed up with task-force specific telecons to get a reasonable (say 10-15) amount of people in each telecon. Will run for a year, but will try to end earlier if it becomes clear a WG or multiple WG model is needed. 3) Likely to use task forces, but will not specific as of yet. Will decide this and editorial roles in first few telecons. 4) The Unified Charter will transform into a detailed work plan. 5) Co-chairs: Dan Applequist, DanBri, and myself. 6) Will submit charter for approval on March 9th. 7) A tutorial on consensus and W3C workings, and Invited Expert stuff, should be done ASAP once charter submitted. > Dom > > > >
