I've completed my action-259. I committed a new version of status.xml to
the cvs repository which contains Derek's updates. Note that the
status.xml file is not actually included in the generated HTML output if
we are building an "editors-copy" version of the spec. It is only used
when we build a "public" version. So, we'll need to build an explicit
"public" version of the doc (for PR) in order to pull in that status text.
