Action-163 Contact people who are committing changes related to SOAP/JMS for the Apache CXF project

Folks,



Action-163 may be closed - I have raised, had fixed three JIRAs against CXF SOAP/JMS implementation and test suite using a CXF contact Willem Jiang.
