My bad there are 2 mistakes here:

 

"peaston to incorporate latest act 65 wordings in spec and email
original Last Call commentor"

 

should read

 

"peaston to incorporate latest act 62 wordings in spec and email
original Last Call commentor"

 

 

Also 

 

"Phil to come up with revised URI scheme pass for review next week"

 

Should read

 

"Eric to come up with revised URI scheme pass for review next week"

 

However, on the latter point the assigned Action tracker entry already
appears correctly assigned to Eric:

For future reference does anyone know how to correct live mistakes when
scribing? I tried s/Phil/Eric/ after entering the mistaken line?

I am a little confused by the new action that was assigned ACTION-71
[1], it would appear to me that it should refer to ACTION-62 rather than
"act 65". Or am I misunderstanding the minutes?
