Heyo.

Content generally good; I have suggestions for tweaking, because I 
found a couple of things slightly awkward.

Section 2.2:

"If a given property is specified in more than one of these the 
following list specifies the precedence, i.e. the first will be used in 
preference to the second."

->

"If a given property is specified in more than one of these, the 
following list specifies the precedence: the first is to be used in 
preference to the second."

Added comma between clauses; make it slightly more prescriptive.

And this may be two countries divided by a single language:

"If a given property is specified more than once on the JMS URI the 
last instance of the property MUST be used."

"on the JMS URI" is awkward in American English; "in the JMS URI" is 
more common.
