Regrets for 20008-09-23

Dear all, please accept my apologies and regrets but I will be unable to 
attend this afternoon's call. 

In completion of action 23 I have mailed the XML Schema comments list to 
inform them that we have no comments on their XSD 1.1 Last Call Working 
Draft.  (Note that the action was closed in the Tracker last week so this 
is just for information).
