SOAP JMS Spec Minor Editorial Comments

Minor Edits

---- Sections 2.2.1 and 2.2.2 refers to the now obsolete "context"
variant

"If the variant is "context", then the name is discovered via
application context." etc

---- Section 2.2.3 describes soap:contentType. In the following bullet
"type" should have the same font as similar parameters, e.g. "charset".

"the type parameter MUST reflect the value specified in the
Content-type part header for the first part"

--- Section 2.4. Remove Extraneous ">" character

">unsupportedJMSMessageFormat"
