http://www.w3.org/Bugs/Public/show_bug.cgi?id=5710 Summary: Sections 4.1.3 and 4.1.1 - mismatch of definitions Product: SML Version: unspecified Platform: All OS/Version: other Status: NEW Severity: normal Priority: P2 Component: Core AssignedTo: cmsmcq@w3.org ReportedBy: julia@us.ibm.com QAContact: public-sml@w3.org The unresolved SML reference definition (4.1.3) talks about recognized reference schemes but the SML Reference definition (4.1.1) doesn’t mention reference schemes at all. That is, an SML reference is recognized as null if “none of the recognized reference schemes resolves” but there is nothing in the 4.1.1 SML reference definition that tells you what a reference scheme might have to do with an SML reference. This comment is on the LC version and is still relevant as of the editor's draft available on 5/22/2008.
