SML 1.1 last call draft ready, requesting response from you on August bare name consensus

Henry, the SML working group is preparing to go to last call (part deux).
The working group would like an early read from you with respect to its
latest consensus on bare name support [1], which I think was made while
you were on holiday. Now that the editor's drafts [2,3] have everything
hitting that section integrated [4], it's a good time for you to weigh in
on the latest decision. If you could do so by Sept 4, 14:00 ET (our next
call), it would be greatly appreciated. This will help us make an
informed decision on whether or not to proceed with the publication
process.

last call draft

The last call working draft is ready except for Ginny’s changes. The draft
now passes all publication related checks. We did not decide a date for
the last call review period end in the call today. I have entered 10/6 (3
weeks after 9/12). The group should either approve this in the next call
or decide on another date.
