Bullet 2 in section 8 changed to the following (text enclosed in '*' are links
to a normative reference or a section in the spec.

For each XML Schema document in the model's definition documents, the
[validity] property of the root element MUST be "valid" when schema validity is
assessed with respect to a schema constructed from the *XML Schema for Schemas*
and *A. Normative SML Schema* schema documents.
