Agree this is "challenging" to find in its current state, hence this bug. Probably belongs in a conformance section. Agree that inter-doc refs need to be "reconciled" with sml refs, however I think that is a separate bug that needs to be opened. Sandy was going to take a crack at a proposal for idrs ala his sml refs proposal, as of last week.
