items to the editors
as a group. Its current form:
- for scribing actions to editors to update the specs:
[editors] should be the first token following name of person
TrackBot will assign action item to,
e.g. "ACTION: Morty [editors] to use correct verb tense"
- for editors: the editors as a group convert such action items into
bugzillas
and close each converted action item
