http://www.w3.org/Bugs/Public/show_bug.cgi?id=4770 Summary: Decide which schema elements should be changed to global Product: SML Version: unspecified Platform: PC URL: http://http://dev.w3.org/cvsweb/~checkout~/2007/xml/sml/ build/sml-if.html#Open_Issues?content- type=text/html;%20charset=utf-8 OS/Version: Windows XP Status: NEW Severity: normal Priority: P2 Component: Interchange Format AssignedTo: cmsmcq@w3.org ReportedBy: johnarwe@us.ibm.com QAContact: public-sml@w3.org (from Submission copy of spec, Appendix C issue 2) Decide which elements should be changed to global. Intent is to allow re-use of parts of the SMLIF schema, like document collections and rule bindings, outside of a <model> element. eg for a repository. Could apply to types as well, "elements" is exemplary not limiting. There was some work done on a proposal for this prior to submission that we can start with if desired.
