RE: WCAG Silver Harm from motion Subgroup, week 1 meeting, July 24 at 8am EDT

Hi Rain,
Thanks for taking this on! I don’t have cycles to participate in this, but I am sounding out a few folks from IBM involved in motion and micro-animations to see if I can get takers.

Has anyone asked if Nat Tarnoff is interested in participating? Nat did a CSUN session on this back 2017, and was fairly engaged in 2.1 discussion on this

I think it would be good to perform a decent check for existing research. I did a pretty simple query and found what I think would be some good starting leads for looking through references and citations
