RE: AGENDA and Surveys - AGWG Meeting January 24th 2023

Resolutions:

  *   Amend PR 666 and merge as exploratory.
  *   Accept the new Assertions content as exploratory, acknowledging that the "what is a procedure" needs further definition.
  *   Accept PR 2718 to address issue 2713.
