Joint meeting with Silver and ACT Task Force

Next week, *April 1st* the Silver CG/TF  will have a joint meeting with 
the ACT Task Force to have an initial conversation about how ACT groups 
may be able to contribute to WCAG 3. The meeting starts *15:00 CET /  
9am Eastern*. The proposed agenda is:

1. Challenges Silver has with testability
2. ACT lessons learned, to help with WCAG 3
3. Next steps

Silver will lead on the first item and ACT will lead on the second item.
