Measurability and Cognitive Disabilities

Not sure how many folks saw last week's great webinar hosted by our friends
at Funka: https://youtu.be/yYdg4UWI3rI - at 2 hours it's not short, but
worth the time IMHO.

I'm personally glad to see them taking on the reproducibility of testing
for solutions that meet the needs of users with cognitive disabilities, in
the context of 'standards' (versus subjective opinions).
