The other thing that concerns me is clarifying what we mean by “content” in the proposal. For example, would web applications be considered “content”? And would integrated services, like apps in Teams, be considered author arranged service content? Are we focusing on “web” content only? We need to be very clear about the scope and boundaries of responsibility.
