Minutes of the Silver Meeting of 19 February 2021

== Summary ==

 1. The Call for Consensus (CFC) for the Extended Acknowledgements
    <https://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-silver/2021Feb/0096.html>
    proposal has passed unanimously.   This will be populated and
    included in the next Working Draft of WCAG3
 2. The Conformance Options subgroup presented two use cases that they
    have been working on to get feedback and direction from the overall
    group. This was an interesting discussion that raised issues that
    the group should consider about the conformance and scoring. Several
    people volunteered new use cases.  For example, there are a number
    of use cases involving third party content that have not yet been
    addressed in WCAG3.
 3. The Bronze, Silver, Gold directions discussion was postponed to Tuesday
 4. There are 12 Github Issues so far that are not covered by subgroups
    .  We are looking for people to work on them.  Three people
    volunteered to work on some of the usability issues.
