The test procedures seem to be testing details not mentioned or included in method statement in bullet in following message - these details need to be included in the method statement if these are important requirements that need to be tested against- 
Also need consistent terminology if appropriate - sometimes you say provided, or available, or display?
Also instructions need to be relevant to input
