First, thank you Sarah and all the other Silver members for your heroic work. I think the work on the spreadsheet has helped us smooth out all the different subgroups' work and different documents. Much of the content drafting work has been spread out over months with different templates. The changes from the August 11 "Deep Dive" were profound. Many people have worked many extra hours to adapt the previous work to those changes. Second, I apologize for being sharp in the meeting. No one deserves to be told their work was a mistake. I am sincerely sorry and immediately wished I could have called those words back. Merging the Outcomes has an impact on the conformance scoring. It took a lot of effort to reach the compromises we currently have, and the work that went into the content drafts to support those compromises. It is a bigger change than is immediately apparent. It has been a valuable exercise to look at the consistency of the material across all the guidelines, and we have some good changes from the exercise. It will be worthwhile for the larger group to look at the reasons for merging the Outcomes. I think revisiting the reasoning for consolidation and the overall consistency spreadsheet is a good exercise to continue as we learn the lessons we need from the First Public Working Draft and move to our second working draft in early 2021. Sincerely, Jeanne
