Follow-up on "Consistency spreadsheet" and content template for FPWD

Hi, all. Just a follow-up on the “consistency spreadsheet,” to provide some detail for how we got to where we are now.

The initial work of extracting content from the Methods documents produced the “Original” worksheet.

The next work was structuring two of the more complete Methods documents content (text alternatives and structured content) into the “Working Sheet v1” worksheet. That version has more granular outcomes, as they were represented in the Methods documents.

We had a few working meetings that resulted in restructuring toward more general outcomes with multiple methods, as shown in the “Working Sheet (USE THIS ONE) worksheet and the “Copy of Current Working Sheet”, which describes the restructuring in Row 3.

After today’s meeting it sounds like we are moving back toward where we started, with more outcomes. Jeanne will update the Working Sheet (USE THIS ONE) worksheet to reflect the intended structure.

I wanted to apologize for adding confusion to the great work you’ve all been doing! Please feel free to rework the spreadsheet as needed. (And I agree with Rachael’s suggestion to create a new document!)

This is the URL for the “consistency spreadsheet” (not a great name, in retrospect!):

And here’s the URL for a Google doc containing the content template for the FPWD:
https://docs.google.com/document/d/16UN4-RwaDIGFCQeTgDLjm1_P5N7ceb1y2Cc6irErQYU/edit#heading=h.f3e000qrgfz5 <https://docs.google.com/document/d/16UN4-RwaDIGFCQeTgDLjm1_P5N7ceb1y2Cc6irErQYU/edit#heading=h.f3e000qrgfz5>

I found it helpful to see what the structure would look like as a standalone section.

Hope this helps!

Best,
Sarah
