Thank you, Makoto!  I have added a link to your document to the 
Expanding Functional Needs working document.

For any others who would like to participate or follow the Functional 
Needs work, I created a new folder for Functional Needs documents on the 
Silver Google drive.  I made a new subsection on the wiki under Content 
and listed these documents there.
