HELLO: THE TOOL THAT IS NEEDED TO DO THIS IN ZOOM IS  CALLED OTTER AND IT
CAN BE FOUND AT OTTER.IA I HAVE HERD IT COSTS ABOUT 2 SENSE A MINUTE TO
USE. FOR THE LIVE CAPTIONS YOU WOULD NEED A  OTTER TEAMS ACCOUNT. I THINK
THIS OPTION WOULD BE MUCH BETTER THEN THE IRC  THANKS LUCY
