After the meeting today, we discovered that all the people who want to 
work on XR on the Web in WCAG3 are currently too busy to also be the 
leader.

Being the leader means scheduling calls, taking notes, and reporting 
back to the main Silver group.

If anyone is interested in participating in the XR (virtual reality, 
augmented reality, other reality) on the Web as it relates to WCAG3 
(Silver), please contact me.
