Here are the minutes from the Silver virtual "face to face" meeting. We discussed how to include Functional User Requirements from regulations around the world in WCAG3 (Silver). We discussed how to include them in the Silver architecture. They will inform the guideline writing process and functional outcomes. The functional outcomes inform the tests. The we agreed to calculate an overall score for the product (site) by functional need. We agreed to form a group to work on a proposal to expand the list and share that list with other W3C WAI groups who are doing related work. We discussed how to handle dated tests in a conformance claim. We decided to put it to a broader survey. We then discussed whether to have both traditional testing and task-based testing. The task-based testing is not user research, but it is a way of organizing more traditional test results by task. We are still working on this issue and proposals are welcome. https://www.w3.org/2020/05/07-silver-minutes.html
