I think it could be captured as a working group note. What we have been doing in APA is capturing a set of user needs and requirements etc, and creating draft user needs and requirements documents for different technologies. As you are aware of the 'XR Accessibility User Requirements' etc. [1] The way I see it, this work should then be used to feed into new potential techniques and guidelines into Silver and other related specs. There is potential for a media focused group to look specifically at Media requirements, and further develop the Media Accessibility User Requirements work - and there has been some conversation in APA about this. [2] This could happen in this group, or as a part of another group (we are also kicking of a functional needs sub group) and while I'm a cautious about over extending myself into too many groups, the validity of the question still stands. So +1 from me to some kind of working group note, that in this case - iterates the MAUR with A11y related user needs and requirements. Thoughts?
