The Silver Task Force and Community Group want to publish a First Public Working Draft (FPWD) of Silver before the CSUN conference in March. We are targeting publishing in late February/early March. A First Public Working Draft is intended to give the public an idea of where the work is going. Since the Silver research in 2018 indicated that the emphasis should be on structural improvements, we have put our effort into analyzing and prototyping structural issues. The content is not polished and should only be considered an early draft to illustrate how the structural changes can be implemented. This is a long survey, please allow time to carefully read the documents and comment. We have specific questions we want feedback on, and there is also a general question for each major section for general comments.
