== Summary == We reviewed the updates to the Conformance section from last week's meeting. From the questions, it was obvious that we need more explanation that we are moving away from "all-or-nothing" conformance and that we will allow sampling of pages instead of requiring a test of every page. Jeanne will add a paragraph to the beginning to make it clear. We discussed the breakpoints of sampling for different sizes of projects. There is an interest in providing breakpoints for complexity and dynamic projects, but we had no ideas of how to do that. Thinking continues. We discussed whether to go to FPWD with what we have and the consensus was that there was value in receiving broad public feedback as long as we mark what we have outstanding questions on. == Minutes == https://www.w3.org/2020/01/28-silver-conf-minutes.html
