== Summary == Reminder for AGWG members to complete the survey on the Silver name. Community Group members can email Jeanne with their thoughts and Jeanne will enter them into her survey entry. We briefly discussed the name with several people expressing concern over the W3C making the WC part of WCAG. We reviewed the changes made to draft in response to comments. There was substantial revision of the Guidelines Introduction to clarify scope, relationship with other WAI specs, and that Silver is not backward-compatible to WCAG 2. We added clarification of normative and informative sections. Heading comments were mostly applicable to all the guidelines, as they had to do with the design of the Explanation (which we tentatively agreed to rename to "Headings How To"). We are going to label the Guideline and Method How-to with a plain language version of normative v. informative as well as add design elements to make it more clear. We will review the Visual Contrast comments on Friday. Conformance will be addressed in the Tuesday evening (ET) meeting. There is a request to discuss including a normative link to RFC 2119 (standard with definitions of "must", "should", etc) on Friday. This was not done for WCAG and there are arguments for including them in Silver. It means that we would have to use any of the 2119 terms very carefully with their standard meaning. Reminder that if you are attending the CSUN Face to Face (F2F) meeting, please complete your row of the spreadsheet that Jeanne emailed you. == Minutes == https://www.w3.org/2020/02/11-silver-minutes.html
