RE: agenda for Silver meeting of 3 April 2020

Our agenda was:

  1.  Adjectival Scoring Proposals
  2.  Continued discussion of integrating different proposals in Silver
  3.  Integrating ACT tests

We did not get to the third item.

Mostly we discussed Rachael’s current draft, which can be found at:

Rachael explain that 0/1 is for a site that does not pass the basic tests.
A score of 2 means that all basic tests pass (roughly 2.x AA).
A score of 3 or better means that all basic test pass and a super majority (80% for now) of advance tests pass.

There was considerable discussion around the idea that failures for many issues need to be evaluated based on their cumulative impact, “death by a thousand paper cuts” kind of thing.
