Dear Jeanne, Shawn, All: During this mornings Silver Content call I mentioned that the W3C I18N WG was using github for issue tracking in a manner that allowed other groups to also track status, and update their portions as appropriate. The context in which APA learned about this github use, and which APA continues to consider migrating to, occured during TPAC last year in Lyon and is minuted here and explained ...
