Draft of Job Stories Report

I have a draft of the report on the Job Stories in the Community Group  
Report format which I have published on the Community Group site.  
Please take a look at the Abstract and Introduction and make sure I have 
explained it thoroughly for someone who is not familiar with the Silver 
project or what a job story is. Additional suggestions are welcome.
