This is a follow-up from the conversation today about information architecture for Silver. Very simply, the proposal flattens the current structure of WCAG and uses a tagging engine to organize and display the Silver guidance in a more flexible manner. Please review the information architecture proposal <https://docs.google.com/document/d/1CBk9qG5u5LGJa9pIvou5JsqxnZFiROyeuUN6fmhU3D8/edit#heading=h.b1dz0h25u639> for an explanation of the tags. I took an action today to create a document to capture the ideas for tags. Please feel free to add your ideas for tags and for categories of tags.
